On Monday 28 May 2012, the AGM Papers and link to the on line voting system will be sent electronically to those who have supplied their email address. For those who have not supplied their email address, a surface mail package containing the AGM papers and a ballot will be posted.
If you have not recently done so, please check your details on Scoutrack. We would like as many members as possible to be eligible to vote on line. If you have not received an email or surface mail package from Scouts WA by 1 June 2012, please contact Krista Drage on 9480 4218.
